Interesting tidbit- yesterday, people were sharing the doomsday predictions about this next hurricane that US news media channels were putting out - claiming the storm was off the mathematical charts, 2nd worst ever, etc.
I live in a cyclone region. We also sail a lot. So we have three excellent professional wind prediction apps that we use for both purposes. They all use multiple prediction models, and have proven very accurate.
When I used those apps to check this current hurricane, I saw that the news weather forecasts were outright lying about the then current wind speeds in the hurricane, and inflating the predicted speeds at landfall by up to 30%
Two possibilities here, one or both may be applicable: there will be a weather modification attempt to increase the damage via rainfall, or there is a deliberate effort to manipulate the mass energy/consciousness of the population, by heightening fear levels.
