Everyone Has A Chance To Greatness
But, Sadly, Most Won't. They're Stuck In Their Cycles of Abuse
I’m sure everyone has someone in their life with whom this resonates. In life, we come across all kinds of people, the good and bad. And even I know of a few. This one person who’s been on my mind lately is younger, immature, and highly manipulative. They’ve never grown up. From their actions, they seem to live in the shadow of their upbringing. They carry on the traits of narcissism in the purest form. They don’t have remorse for the hurt they cause others. By their action, they enjoy the pain they inflict. Because to them, it’s a game with one objective: win at all costs. So, they lie, hurt, destroy, and abuse anyone who gets in their path or refuses to accept their behavior.
“Children of narcissists learn that love is abuse. The narcissist teaches them that if someone displeases you, it is okay to harm them and call it love.” ― M. Wakefield
I decided to ask one simple question. "What will come of them?" and maybe I didn’t ask in the right way, but the insight given, I thought I’d share.
With only one card, “The Wheel of Fortune” appeared in reverse. These types of characters will continue in their toxic abuse cycle. They won't embrace the white pages in the books to write a new outcome and enjoy happiness and solitude. Instead, they re-read the toxicity as they master the art of destruction and manipulation. No light can shine until they hit rock bottom. Until then, they'll suffer in their turmoil and hurt all those around them. Anyone in their reach becomes their pawn. The objective of their twisted reality has one purpose. Fill their energy with the hurt of others while draining their victims of life and happiness. The mental abuse created by monsters of this nature is what nightmares are made of.
Because they refuse to take the necessary steps to transform away from the darkness, their soul awaits karmic destruction until the force of nature moves them. I pray mercy will be found, but at this point, I have no idea because their actions show they won't stop their cycles of cruelty.
